I have been taking my 4 dogs to CL Veterinary Hospital for over two years. Two of my dogs are seniors and I also have a special needs dog that is seeing / hearing impaired with CH. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating. I have always been able to get an appointment when needed and appreciate walk-in appointments on Saturday. Dr. Tina has been very patient with all of my questions and concerns as my pack gets older and my nervousness with my special needs girl. She has diligently and professionally diagnosed and treated their stomach issues, allergies, and other viruses they pick-up from doggy daycare. This clinic is the best!!!

Both doctors were great with my big scared dog. They took their time and made both of us feel comfortable. The practice was beautiful inside and very clean. I’m so glad I found this Vet. Also, they got me in very quickly unlike other vets in the area.

The Staff has been very friendly every time I’ve called. We were seen almost immediately, and the Dr. was really great with our Missy. The Vet we had been going to couldn’t find the time to get Missy in even though she was injured. CLVH didn’t even know us and got us in quickly. That’s caring!

The staff and the doctor all seemed to care about my concerns for my senior dog. I didn’t feel rushed, and still the exam, discussion and check out were all taken care of quickly and professionally.

We have had great experiences at this vet for over 20 years. We always appreciate their kindness and concern.

Dr. Clement went ‘above and beyond’ with helping me get Spot safely back in my car after his visit yesterday! Thank you again.

They were great in helping me put down my dying dog. She was in so much pain and discomfort. They were very caring.

I have been going to CLVH for 15 years. I love the whole staff, they are very warm and caring. The vets take time to explain everything, and give me choices. They are very accommodating, appointments are within a few days and when needed squeeze me in, probably missing lunch. I would definitely recommend them to all pet owners.

I would strongly recommend Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital on 800 East Terra Cotta. They took care of my sick dog in person while no other place would allow it last year.
