I was a new customer during the first year of the pandemic, when every other place wasn’t taking new customers or were booked for weeks. This place was kind and informative.

Dr. Tina is the best! Her skill at accurate diagnoses and ability to explain things clearly is unmatched. I would highly recommend her to anyone! The Staff is always polite and so caring to our dog. Excellent facility and staff.

I am always happy with the care I receive at Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital. They are always friendly, kind, and helpful. They take time to explain issues, and Gracie loves to go for her visits. I have recommended them to family and friends.

Dr. Bemis is a very kind and knowledgeable Vet. From my perspective, both are equally critical and she excels at both. Her guidance was invaluable in helping us decide on whether euthanasia was best for our pal, Igloo. Thank you again.
