I have used Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital for ten years. They’ve taken care of my 3 dogs over that period with good service.
They were phenomenal with our Moe Moe cat. He loved them and tried escaping to be with the staff. Before we brought him in, he was lethargic and mad at everyone in our house including our new cat. After bloodwork and urine collection, they were able to address his acute and long term needs. After treatment, Moe started feeling better within hours. He loves his new food too! We are forever grateful.
This hospital is excellent. I recommend the DVMs to all of my friends.

My pet needed immediate care for his condition. They were very accommodating in getting us a same day appointment, even though he was a new patient at their facility. The Staff and Veterinarian were professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
The facility is nice and clean. I like that appointments are scheduled so there aren’t several animals waiting all at once. The Staff is always great! Dr. Bemis and Dr. Clement are great with my dogs! I feel they are knowledgeable and answer all of my questions.

I like how I never feel rushed; does not matter if on a call or in the office. My girls (cats) are getting older so the costs are rising. I love how Dr. Clement helps me find alternative ways to help and makes sure I understand everything going on.

Dr. Tina and her staff are just the best!!! Our dog got progressively more sick yesterday. I love that they answer the phone before they open and they were able to get me in for an appointment first thing, even though they didn’t have an open appointment to give me! Really appreciate their compassion and care.
