Excellent visit. We were escorted into an exam room immediately. Dr. Nick then came into the room with minimal wait. His examination was very thorough. Dr. Nick explained his diagnosis and treatment options.

Dr. Bemis was nice enough to squeeze me in for my concern and took care of my elderly dog and spent time going over her general health too, as she has Cushings that Dr. Bemis has been overseeing.
I was so impressed with everyone! My cat is very scared of strangers and hates leaving the house. She was in distress being in the carrier but as soon as the doctor came in, she was mindful and made the exam so easy for my Bella. I appreciate the compassion and expertise so much!

Love Dr. Clement and Dr. Bemis!!! Dr. Clement was wonderful when I brought in my sick cat. She was very compassionate and thorough. My cat started feeling better the next day. I was also happy to learn that she owns many cats herself. I am always happy with Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Clement for your cats’ care.
