Great office and great staff.

The experience was top notch!!!

Pretty quick visit — in and out for rabies shot and annual exam. Loved it.

Both my dog and cat love Dr. Bemis. I have never had any problems here. It took me many years to find a vet hospital with such a very fine staff. Keep it up. We’ve been coming here since 2010.

We were so happy and relieved that the Vet and staff showed so much love and affection to our cat.

I love everyone at CL Veterinary Hospital. From calling to make an appointment, to the level of care and detailed information you get from the veterinarians. Even when you check out, the ladies at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. My pets have seen all of the Vets there and my animals always feel relaxed and respond well to any treatment recommendations. I highly recommend the team at Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital.

Was a great first visit! Will be very happy to bring our other 2 dogs to CLVH. So glad we found a new place to go. We came here after 20+ years at another vet who retired and sold to a corporate, chain … they were not good. So happy to find a family owned vet in the area.

Dr. Tina is so great with both of our dogs. We never wait long. The Vet is thorough and always willing to answer any of my questions.

Great place, great Vets!

I appreciated how easy it was to make an appointment for a sick pet, even though we had not been seen by the clinic before. The doctor who assessed my cat was patient, kind, and gentle with the cat, and listened to my explanation of the cat’s history and current health issues without trying to tell me I was wrong as other vets have done in the past. I can’t express my gratitude for that enough!!! I also appreciated being show the x-rays taken, and how quickly we were called with bloodwork results.

My experience with Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital was great! I had an emergency situation where my German Shepherd needed surgery that couldn’t wait, and after calling 10 different Vets in the area I decided to go with them because their knowledge and experience with my dog’s specific situation stood out above all others. In addition, the surgery was costly, and their price was better than almost every other place I spoke to. Everything was done as promised, with no hidden fees or agenda, and my dog has had an excellent recovery! I will be taking my pets back for any future needs, and would high recommend CLVH’s services to anyone in need of a great place to take pets.

Your team made the entire transition a lot less painless than we anticipated, as we had to euthanize our pet. As heartbreaking as it was, being welcomed and put into a private room made it much easier to accept. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!
