My experience with Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital was great! I had an emergency situation where my German Shepherd needed surgery that couldn’t wait, and after calling 10 different Vets in the area I decided to go with them because their knowledge and experience with my dog’s specific situation stood out above all others. In addition, the surgery was costly, and their price was better than almost every other place I spoke to. Everything was done as promised, with no hidden fees or agenda, and my dog has had an excellent recovery! I will be taking my pets back for any future needs, and would high recommend CLVH’s services to anyone in need of a great place to take pets.

Your team made the entire transition a lot less painless than we anticipated, as we had to euthanize our pet. As heartbreaking as it was, being welcomed and put into a private room made it much easier to accept. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!

My experience was very good. Dr. Nick thoroughly examined our dog and was very detailed in explaining what was wrong with our dog, the tests that were needed and explained the medication prescribed. All staff members were friendly and willing to help. Our experience was very positive.
