Five stars for CLVH!

I give this vet a 5-star review.

Dr. Tina and her staff are just the best!!! Our dog got progressively more sick yesterday. I love that they answer the phone before they open and they were able to get me in for an appointment first thing, even though they didn’t have an open appointment to give me! Really appreciate their compassion and care.

They have taken excellent care of my dog since adoption and are always available and everyone is pleasant all of the time. They answer any questions I have. I recommend these vets.

Facility was spotless. Staff was totally awesome.

Everyone at Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital is compassionate and knowledgeable. The Receptionists were kindly able to get my dog in last minute on a very busy day for a possible torn ACL. Dr. Nick provided honest and helpful advice.

Staff and Doctors are great at this animal hospital.

It did take awhile for the Doctor to come in, but they acknowledged us and let me know the Doctor was finishing up with an emergency. That was nice. Completely understandable, because I would like my dog to have the same experience if needed.

I have been bringing animals to this vet for over 20 years and they have always been professional, extremely kind, and patient with any issues I’ve ever had with both cats and dogs! Great place! Bring your pets here!

My dog needed annual vaccines and a blood test. I was very happy that it was done in the room with me present. Some clinics take your dog away and makes you wonder if the vaccines were given and the blood test done.

Compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable.

They are very kind and considerate. They made the process as best as possible even though it was hard having to euthanize my dog.

Dr. Nick and Dr. Tina and the entire staff always make us feel nothing but welcome. They take very very good care of our furry kids. I recommend them to everyone. By the way, Dr. Nick did an amazing job on the remodel.

Our Belgian Shepherd, Cooper Blue, entered into our family in a rehome situation and was suggested to us through CLVH as the previous owner was also a client. Cooper has brought us so much joy and we thank CLVH for connecting us with the previous owner. Just recently, Cooper broke a toe on his back leg which resulted in an amputation of not only 1 but 2 toes (found during surgery). Dr. Nick is a FANTASTIC vet!!!!!! His passion for healing and caring for pets are exceptional. He can be direct and tell you like it is and what he would do, but it shows how much he cares and it means a lot. Thank you Dr. Nick!!!!!! Five star vet hospital

Brought my sick dog here because my primary vet was booked solid for days. They took her in, assessed her, and helped come up with a treatment plan that worked for me. The Vet was super nice and took the time to explain the diagnosis and treatment to me in words I understood. Really considering switching vets now.

We had a terrific visit at this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
