Dr. Clement and your whole staff are the BEST!!! The only thing I don’t love is that your clinic isn’t closer to Harvard where I live.

My experience was great from beginning to end. Techs were friendly. Dr. Bemis is wonderful. She explained everything about my dog’s health that enabled me to make informed decisions.

We were very happy with the care Viktor received and how quickly we got an appointment.

Love Dr. Clement and Dr. Bemis!!! Dr. Clement was wonderful when I brought in my sick cat. She was very compassionate and thorough. My cat started feeling better the next day. I was also happy to learn that she owns many cats herself. I am always happy with Crystal Lake Veterinary Hospital. I highly recommend Dr. Clement for your cats’ care.

Thumbs up!!! My husband, Tom, brought in our very elderly dog. Skeeter is 17 years and we were having some concerns. My husband said Dr. Nick aw awesome and took time to thoroughly explain everything. The office even called the next day to check on our dog and how he was doing. We have also dealt with Dr. Bemis and she is awesome as well. The front desk and other employees have also been very caring. I can’t say enough about how happy we have been at CLVH. Our only wish is that we had found you years ago!!! Thank you again for everything.
