Covid-19 Policy
Please be aware that we have updated our entrance policy here at the clinic. Call before entering so we can advise you when to come in. You must wear a protective face mask to gain entry as well. Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe.
The health and safety of our clients and our team are a top priority. In light of the developments around the new coronavirus, COVID-19, we are implementing the following guidelines immediately.
General Guidelines
~ Wash your hands with soap and water prior to visiting our hospital
~ Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
~ Cover your mouth & nose if you cough or sneeze, using a tissue or the inside of your elbow
~ Keep a safe social distance (6 feet) between yourself and others when possible
~ Avoid shaking hands
If you are feeling ill or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, i.e., fever, cough, nausea, headache, or shortness of breath, please let us know immediately and we will provide minimum contact service.
Minimum Contact Service
~ For medicine and / or food pick-up, call from your car when you arrive. You can then pay by phone and we will bring purchased items and receipt to your car.
~ For appointments, call from your car and we will notify you when the DVM is ready to see you. When you call, please be prepared to provide payment information so you can leave immediately upon finishing your appointment. We will deliver a receipt and / or medications to your car.
Saturday Walk-in Service
~ You will be asked to wait in your car with your pet until the DVM is ready to see you.
~ Emergencies may wait in the exam rooms if needed.
