Receptionist Postition

Reception Job Description: Hardworking; self-motivated; multi-tasker. Must have strong clerical and computer skills, plus a proven track record as a team player. Previous veterinary experience preferred. Responsible for greeting clients, handling questions in-clinic and on the phone, scheduling appointments, admitting surgical patients, and taking payments for services provided. Must be able to educate clients on tests and services provided, email records, and coordinate specialty hospital correspondence. Assist both Doctors and Technicians when requested.
